All of us have a deep in-built longing and need for comfort and consolation. We are created for it and can’t thrive without it. Fortunately, we have a Father who is the source of all comfort and compassion, even the Apostle Paul says, “We comfort you with the comfort we have received from God.” 2 Corinthians 1:4.

Those of us that give so much of ourselves caring for others also have a need to be refilled.
